Emmett is finally well. His cough may linger for a couple weeks though.
He was diagnosed with RSV. This is a very crazy virus and i believe we have an epidemic here in Washington. Thank goodness he never had to go to the hospital. I just had to take him to see the doctor for three days in a row to check his oxygen levels. He kept getting better and that was great. He does not need his nose suctioned as of today and that makes me happy. Having to put saline in his nose was awful.

I'm glad he's feeling better. That's the same thing Dani's baby had! I'm glad Emmett was able to tolerate it better. It's miserable when your little ones are sick!

Oh my gosh, he is just the cutest little guy ever! I am so jealous of all that red hair! I keep thinking one of my kids will get some red hair from Wendell's side of the family, but they never do! Mitchell's hair was red when he was born, but it fell out and turned blonde. Kindyl's used to have some strawberry in it, but not anymore. Brenley's is a little red in the sun in the summertime. Abigail's tiny bit of hair looks a little red too, but I am too used to my kids just teasing me, so I don't exxpect it to stay. I thought you might recognize your baby announcement on my fridge. I love it.

And I love your new family picture from Emmet's blessing. You look fantastic! Your Delaynie looks like how I remember Jim's sister Kristi as a child.

I am glad he is feeling better. This must be going across the country. Both Dani's Sammy has it as well as Kristi's Shawn. Emmett lokes so cute. I think he looks alot like Hayden. The new family photo is great.

I am so glad that he is better. I am glad too that he didn't have to go to the hospital. Even though, I think it might have been equally as tough on you as we had it. Sammy was scary at first but then once we got to the hospital, there was some comfort in knowing he was being monitored. I am sure you were stressed the whole time until he got better. He sure is a cutie!

Also, I love the family picture. Isn't it fun being such a big family?! My Visiting teacher jokingly referred to our family as a mob yesterday. Ha! So funny!

Oh, poor guy! I wish I could just hold him. I hate it when they are so little like that and they get some nasty virus. Thanks for letting me hold him that night at the Diva's activity! He is divine!
